Who we are
RSA Marketing is a trading name of RSA Business Services Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (No. 16991914). For anything on this page, contact Ryan directly at ryan@rsamarketing.co.uk β there's no separate data-protection team, it's one person.
What's collected, and when
This site only collects information you choose to give it, plus a small amount of anonymous, aggregate visit data described below. There's no visitor tracking, no advertising pixels, and no sale of data to anyone, ever.
- The enquiry form (on the Home and Uruguay pages) sends your name, email, the package you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message box. It's processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and forwarded to Ryan's inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy covers how they handle the transmission.
- The booking form ("Request a call") sends your business name, your name, email, phone (if given), the package you're interested in, your preferred days/times, and any message you add. Unlike the enquiry form, this goes straight into RSA Marketing's own booking system β not a third party β so Ryan can see it, confirm a time, and follow up personally. It's stored there for as long as it's useful for arranging and delivering your call.
- Anonymous page-visit counts β when you load a page, a note is sent recording which page it was and roughly when. This is aggregate only: no cookie, no visitor ID, and no IP address is stored, so a visit can't be traced back to you or linked to your other visits. It's used purely to see which pages get looked at, not to track individuals.
- Language preference β on the Uruguay page, your Spanish/English choice is remembered using your browser's
localStorage, purely so you don't have to reselect it on your next visit. It never leaves your browser and isn't a tracking cookie.
What it's used for
Enquiry and booking details are used only to reply to you about the services you asked about β to understand your business, recommend a plan, confirm a time for your call, and quote a price. They're not added to a marketing list, and you won't hear from us unless you've asked us to get in touch. The anonymous page-visit counts are used only to understand which pages are useful; they can't identify you.
How long it's kept
Enquiry emails and booking details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period for accounting and legal purposes. If you'd like your enquiry or booking deleted at any point, just ask. Anonymous page-visit counts aren't linked to you, so there's nothing personal to delete from them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see what's held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Email ryan@rsamarketing.co.uk and it'll be handled directly β no portal, no waiting on a support queue.
Cookies
This site doesn't set any tracking or advertising cookies. The only browser storage in use is the language-preference setting described above.
