What the role actually involves
You'll work claimed leads from our pool — UK small businesses (tradespeople, local shops, service businesses) who don't have a website or a properly ranked one yet. Call them, run the pitch, book them in for a free audit call with Ryan, and log the outcome. When they sign, you're paid your upfront cut immediately and your recurring cut every month they stay a client.
This is self-employed, commission-only work — no base salary, no fixed hours, no office. You choose when you work. Full compliance training (TPS/PECR — the rules around cold calling UK numbers) is covered in the Academy before you make your first call.
